Knight Dragon acquire Greenwich Peninsula and start to build a world class team.
NOW Gallery, a free public art gallery and exhibition space, opens its doors.
The first homes on the Peninsula, developed by Knight Dragon, launch and sell-out in opening weekend.
The first residents move into Lower Riverside and Aperture Village Hall opens for the community including a creche, gym, concierge service, workspace and multi faith prayer space.
Greenwich Peninsula launches a series of cultural events bringing the community together.
Greenwich Peninsula is now the largest single regeneration project London has seen.
Upper Riverside homes launch with the exclusive Tom Dixon Collection.
The Greenwich Peninsula Golf Driving Range opens its doors and is now one of the most successful ranges in Europe.
The Low Carbon Energy Centre opens, providing energy across the whole Peninsula.
Greenwich Peninsula Lettings is established and now manages in excess of 650 apartments in the area.
No. 1 Upper Riverside completes, and the first of 1,000 apartments open their doors to new residents.
St Mary Magdalene Secondary School opens its doors, educating Years 7 to 13 in the local area.
The Tide, London’s first linear, garden walkway, launches. Connecting residents and visitors through to the river Thames to enjoy the stunning views, gardens, public art and meditation points throughout the walkway.
25,000 people attended our Turning Tides festival for a week of music, food and workshops.
Artwork by Damien Hirst, Morag Myerscough and Allen Jones launched as permanent free public installations on the Peninsula.
No. 4 Upper Riverside launched as Greenwich Peninsula’s first purpose-built rental building comprised of 191 private rental units.
Design District launched 14 buildings with dedicated and affordable workspace for the creative industries. Giving creatives a permanent home in London.
Canteen Food Hall & Bar opens its doors. A collection of 6 street food vendors offering dishes from across the globe.
Peninsula Gardens is released to the market, providing 431 new homes in 2025, resulting in it being the best-selling London scheme of 2022.
Damien Hirst’s renowned piece, Demon with Bowl arrives at Greenwich Peninsula taking prized place on the waterfront.
Design District Coworking opens its doors. Offering hot desks, office space, meeting rooms, events, a restaurant/cafe, and more.
Peninsula Gardens opens its doors to 431 new residents to the Peninsula.
