Come and experience Sasha Milavic Davies’ Everything That Rises Must Dance, a compelling celebration of female movement, which brings together 200 women to dance.

Expect an eclectic mix of folk dance from around the world and an evolving sonic score inspired by the way women move in their day-to-day lives. Not shy of a spectacle, Sasha Milavic Davies is known for engrossing large-scale choreography and will be collaborating with composer Lucy Railton for an inspiring and captivating score, and they’re looking for women of all ages and backgrounds to  join them.

The piece is a part of Dance Umbrella, London’s premiere international dance festival which  celebrates 21st century choreography and celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.

Join us for two performances at NOW Gallery on Saturday 29th September at 2pm and 4pm. It’s free to pop by and there’s no need to book.
