Raise a Complaint

Our Building Safety Complaints Policy offers a dedicated and straight-forward means for a resident, their authorised representatives, and third parties impacted by Knight Dragon’s decisions or actions, to raise any building safety concerns in our high-rise buildings (HRB’s).

Eligible complaints under this policy include:

Structural Failures: Any structural failure that could lead to the partial or full collapse of a building.

Potential spread of fire: This could include concerns about the buildings cladding, fire doors or any other element of the building integral to the overall safety of residents.

Performance of the Accountable Person: Any complaints regarding the performance of the Accountable Person in fulfilling their role (roles and responsibilities of the Accountable Person are clearly defined in this policy and in our Resident Engagement Strategy.
