Who we are
Our in-house Sales & Lettings team have been renting and selling apartments here since the day they were built. As part of the Greenwich Peninsula development team, we draw insight from statistical data and relevant historical sales, along with the knowledge of the future plans for the development to determine the right price for your property. Our insight is unparalleled, which is why we are responsible for the majority of the sales and rentals here on the Peninsula.
A lettings service that works for you
We understand that everyone has different expectations, requirements and needs during their time with us. For that reason, we offer a bespoke, tailored service to all our clients. We offer a number of service levels to suit your needs from a let only service, to a full management package. With a combined experience of 95 years, our Lettings & Property Management Team are experts in the market and have a track record of finding the right homes for tenants and servicing our Landlords since the apartments at Greenwich Peninsula were built.

The expertise and knowledge of our combined New Homes and Private Sales Team is something that can’t be replicated by your high street estate agent. We work closely with the development team to have a full understanding of what’s next for the Peninsula and what that can do to the price of your property. This gives us a unique insight into the past, present and future of the project, with both historic and up to the minute knowledge of not just property values and trends, but also the events, lifestyle and community that makes Greenwich Peninsula such a great place to live.
