· Offer applies to selected 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments across Upper Riverside, at the absolute discretion of the property owner.

· Offer does not apply to existing tenancies, tenancy renewals, or change of sharers, and cannot be reimbursed to tenancies already in contract.

· Offer is applicable to selected apartments subject to availability, references and contract.

· Offer is applicable on a minimum 12-month tenancy agreement without a break clause. Reduced offer may be considered for shorter tenancies, however not guaranteed.

· Offer applicable to tenancy agreements with a start date within one month of the first enquiry with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings. All tenancies must commence on or before 31st July 2024.

· Level of discount may vary by apartment, depending on the monthly rental value agreed. Offer applies to the agreed rental value and not the advertised rental value.

· The rent-free value is calculated and applied to the first month’s rent.

· All applicants must meet eligibility criteria and complete referencing checks prior to the tenancy start date.

· Greenwich Peninsula Lettings reserves the right to change any part of the offer or remove any or part of the offer without prior notice.

· Greenwich Peninsula Lettings reserves the right to refuse the offer to any customer or withdraw the offer if the resident breaches their tenancy agreement.
