The Hub Community
Everything we do on the Peninsula is for our emerging communities. Two new schools, the public riverfront, homes suitable for all, playgrounds and residents’ amenities create places for everyone. We think the best communities – the ones you really want to be part of – take time. They’re about the shared experiences of people and places. They’re about a vital presence, always full of the new. They’re about common hopes for the future.
Green Spaces
Critical to providing a healthy habitat for human life as well as urban wildlife, the Peninsula features 48 acres of public and green spaces including Central Park and the Ecology Centre. We even have our very own Peninsula bees.

Energy Centre
The largest new build residential heat network in Europe. This power factory produces heat and hot water for the entire Peninsula, saving 15,000 tonnes of carbon every year and providing low-carbon energy to more than 17,000 homes on the Peninsula.
Aperture
Playgrounds, places of worship and a village hall – a new London needs places to connect. From tiny villages to large cities, there’s always a communal hub in any community where people get together. London is no different, and the Peninsula has its own.
