Urban Village Fete Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

1 - The promoter is: Knight Dragon Limited (company no. 04250941) whose registered office is at Level 9, Mitre Passage, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0ER.

2 - The competition is open to Urban Village Fete attendees aged 18 years or over except employees of Knight Dragon Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5 - The entrant must post about Urban Village Fete or Greenwich Peninsula, tag @greenwich.peninsula & @canteenfoodhall in the post and also be in attendance at the time of winning the prize. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.instagram.com/greenwich.peninsula/

6 - Opening date for entry will be 11am, 19 May 2024. Closing date for entry will be 7pm, 19 May 2024. Prize - one drink in the form of a £10 voucher to Canteen Food Hall. Winners will be announced every hour from 12pm to 7pm on 19 May 2024. Winners will be contacted via Instagram on 19 May 2024. After this time and date then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• The entrant must upload a photo of their day at Urban Village Fete.
• The entrant must tag @greenwich.peninsula and @canteenfoodhall on Instagram.
• The competition is open to all attending the event.

9 - Knight Dragon reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.

10 - The prize is one free drink at Canteen Food Hall in the form of a £10 voucher and must be collected and used on 19 May 2024. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11 - Winners will be selected for the best photo of Urban Village Fete. The winner will be messaged via Instagram and given details of how/when to collect their voucher. Any voucher not collected will be null & void at the end of the day on 19 May, 2024

12 - By winning this competition, you give permission for Knight Dragon to share your photo on Greenwich Peninsula social accounts.

14 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
