Harness the power of art and bring environmental issues to life through birdwatching.

‘Birds of Greenwich Peninsula’ is a birdwatching logbook commissioned by artist Jennifer Moore. The logbook provides an opportunity for the local community to connect to nature and support their mental and physical health while creating a keepsake that can generate an income for our much-valued Ecology Park.

About the Artist: Jennifer has been birdwatching for many years, read countless field guides and has spoken to a myriad of birding folk, so the information is an accumulation of gathered knowledge based on a lifelong interest in nature. Birds of Greenwich Peninsula is her 16th title.

Birds of Greenwich Peninsula is particularly interesting for me as I feel the use of art to communicate important climate-related issues is vital to portray the troubling scientific data in a palatable way for the outside academia

About the Ecology Park: Green spaces are critical to providing a healthy habitat for human life as well as urban wildlife, the Peninsula will feature 48 acres of public and green spaces with the goal of creating a 10% biodiversity net gain to create a natural habitat for the future. Read more about Greenwich Peninsula's commitment to sustainability.

The Birds of Greenwich Peninsula logbook is available online or to buy at the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park and NOW Gallery. All proceeds go to supporting the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.
