Lay back on a yoga mat and embark on a sonic journey, guided by our sound therapist, who will use various instruments to create a peaceful soundscape. Over the course of an hour, you’ll be gently led into a state of deep relaxation - a perfect way to recharge.
What to Bring: A blanket, yoga mat, and cushion/pillow.
Note: This session is not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with tinnitus or epilepsy, or anyone with metal plates/pacemakers in their body.
